Our compassionate care philosophy – self-care isn’t optional, it’s integral to a healthy fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum.

 

Becoming pregnant and being pregnant can be stressful, both physically and emotionally. Your provider has most likely recommended that you take prenatal yoga to help with physical discomforts and emotional stressors. Or you may have heard of fertility or prenatal massage, but feel like it’s a “luxury.”

Our philosophy is that these “luxuries” are actually necessary in helping you feel as comfortable and stable as you can during this up-and-down time in your life. Fertility / pregnancy / postpartum aren’t necessarily the most comfortable or balanced times in your lives, and we recognize that. We offer a comprehensive range of wellness services aimed at helping keep your positive energy intact as much as possible.

REAL TALK TRANSLATION:

You don’t have to be a hippie or be able to do all of the “party-trick” yoga poses to benefit from yoga or massage. The yoga and wellness services we offer are completely customized to you, and based on the staff person’s areas of expertise. We’ll help you chill out in the very best ways possible!

Our yoga and wellness services will help relax, rejuvenate, and refresh you to help keep you going as you make your way through your journey to motherhood!

What your wants and needs might look like:

I’d like to try prenatal yoga, but don’t even know where to start – contact us, and we’ll help you out! Owners Brittany and Stephanie teach yoga and specialize in prenatal / postnatal yoga, so we can help direct you to the appropriate studios for your practice.

Maybe you have a crazy work schedule and can’t find time to make a class that’s on any schedule – we can set up a series of private yoga or massage sessions in the comfort of your own home.

Working on building your postpartum strength back up, but aren’t sure what’s going on with your body? We LOVE helping new mothers build their muscles back in a safe way!

My partner and I are REALLY sore after having our baby, but it’s really hard to leave the house. Help! – We can bring massage therapy to both you AND your partner. How amazing does that sound?
