NEW LIVESTREAM PRENATAL SERIES

BEGINNING MARCH 6, 2023

A fresh take on prenatal yoga that combines livestream group classes plus live optional Q&A sessions with Apple Birth & Wellness co-owner Stephanie Cruse. Think of it as a chance to connect with your baby and body weekly in prenatal yoga, and then join the live community sessions to ask Stephanie all of your burning questions about pregnancy/birth/postpartum in a safely-facilitated space. This group will be kept small to ensure that you feel comfortable and seen in what you are experiencing.

You do not have to know yoga to take prenatal yoga with Stephanie, she will guide you through movements, poses, and breathwork for a comprehensive yoga practice in the comfort of your own home. You will be offered variations and encouraged to use props and move however it feels best in your body. You can expect that Stephanie will make you work a little bit in building some strength for birth, and you can also expect there to be some sweet stretching and relaxation – the perfect combination!

What is the content like?

In our On-Demand Library, we offer Prenatal Yoga for Birth Prep, Prenatal Strong, and Prenatal Express classes. All classes are led by yoga instructors that have received and completed specialty prenatal yoga training.

Do I need to know how to do yoga?

Nope! All of our prenatal yoga instructors will offer you clear instruction on how to move in and out of yoga poses, and we will always offer variations if something doesn’t feel good in your body, or if you’d like to use a yoga prop.

What supplies should I have to take prenatal yoga from home?

We recommend a sticky yoga mat to help prevent any slipping. The Jade Yoga Harmony Mat is a favorite of ours and our clients! Feel free to contact us with questions about other yoga props that may be beneficial to your home practice.
